Inactivate Users at a specific date
In my opinion, it would be helpful to be able to set a specific date for users to be inactivated or archived.
We often have the case that certain users will leave the company and we know the date in advance. So right now we are creating tasks so we dont forget to inacitvate those Users but it would be more user friendly to be able to set a date in the settings.

Hi Natalie, that's a good point.
In our case, we don't have this problem since we're using Azure AD (Active Directory) to sync the users. When a user leaves the company, our IT removes him/her from our Active Directory and the user is automatically inactivated in Web Manuals.

This is not something that will be implemented in the near future as Azure AD provides this service as mentioned by Bruno.
