Allow 'open in' for PDF Documents for only select documents
The 'open in' feature can be useful and is a great feature, but enabling it also compromises certain aspects of document control and the protection of sensitive or proprietary information. It would be great to be able to determine which files can be opened outside of Web Manuals. For example, I may want users to be able to "export" a PDF form, but not necessarily some training content or HR policies.

A new option under Settings > General Settings, or maybe at the Document Type level would be perfect for this.

I would like to add my support for this feature at the document/manual level.
Particularly with File documents, you may have a file (PDF Form) that needs to be able to be opened in another application and you may have other files you wish to not have distributable.
