Add signed approval for file documents

Some file documents can be subject to CAA approval. Currently it isn't possible to add the signed approval for file documents in WM upon publication. Could this be an improvement?

    This is a good idea, and you are not the only one that has requested it. We have an already existing ticket MANUALS-6715, for the same improvement.
