Form Entries Notification
Hi all,
Form entries can be viewed by a reader. That is wonderful!
- Would it not be even nicer, if a reader is also notified whenever there is a new entry? The Notification goes away, when viewed once. For example by a little blue reminder above the section in the App and Browser. Like this:
- In addition, it would be very helpful, if there is a setting, that allows the reader to only see the latest entry if selected. this could be done through the "Pages" settings. Maybe like this:
What do you think about this improvement?

Thank you for your post, I have talked to the product team, we already have many emails that can be sent, and for now, we will now be adding more notifications.
Regarding your second improvement, can you please give us a use case to help us understand how this will benefit all of our users?

thank you for your message. We would use this function in a particular way but I am sure it could be used in many more ways. We would like to publish the latest "Next Maintenance Due" values. These describe when the airplane has to go into maintenance next. It is something that could be put into the system with forms by a reader (usually someone from the CAMO department) and be viewed by everyone else. As it is a form in pages the users would not automatically get a reminder in the app, that a new entry has been made. That is why we would benefit from the first suggestion. Since only te latest published value is the valid one, it is a risk to have a list that also shows all old values. Therefore the second suggestion would be helpful, since it only shows the latest entry, which is without doubt the valid one.
