Company help email address on Reader dashboard

I believe it would be helpful if I could define a "help email address" via admin settings. This email would be in our company domain, for example, wm_help@company.com.

Then, in the Reader dashboard, if a reader clicks on the help icon on the upper right (or maybe a new icon next to it), a pop-up window will appear, allowing them to send a message directly to the company's help email address.

I know from experience that the readers never refer to the help center site for assistance; they always contact the administrators, even for small things. The help center is, of course, very handy for admins and proactive editors.

    Thank you for this great idea and your implication in helping other users internally and externally!

    However, we need the help button to guarantee the correct content coming from the development, product, and support team. Having internal help generated through Web Manuals, we can't guarantee all admins/editors have the same knowledge as you do! Which is why it is better to come to us first.

    What we would advise is to edit the reader dashboard to add your contact information for internal help.
