Report for updated compliance libraries
Please consider a report export for compliance libraries. At our company, only Admins can activate new compliance libraries, but before we do it, we would like to export a PDF (or xls) report listing the amendments/removals and then send it to those persons who technically own the subject matter for validation before activation.
Does it make sense?

Hi Bruno Quadros Rodrigues,
Just to confirm, you would like an export button in the amendment pop-up, generating an Excel file with data from the 3 tabs (Changed requirements, Added requirements, Deleted Requirements)?
Hi Virginie, looks like I left you behind on this one.
Not necessarily an Excel file. It could be a PDF file (preferable). Most importantly, it should have a friendly layout for those who will be using the report for decision and action.
This would be a great use case for other users out there. In our context, the overview of regulatory changes can be retrieved from IQSMS, though it requires a lot of manual steps and is, therefore, time-consuming.
Could you please bring this up again internally?
Hello Bruno Quadros Rodrigues
We are trying to define how this feature can help a broad segment of our customers. Can you specify how you would like it to look and what data it should include, knowing that the output will be Excel?
Hi Virginie Bracq
See below an extract of a report where we can compare changes in the IOSA Standards Manual (ISM). In this case, comparing Rev 14 with Rev 16, and using a colour code to highlight the changes. It would be awesome if WM could deliver something similar as an option in the compliance library interface. I'm more into PDF than Excel, but an excel sheel suits as well. Hope this helps.
