Is there a way to back up a manual to a previous workflow without going back to draft? I have a reviewer who accepted a manual by accident and sent it to final approval but need a different reviewer to officially accept the document.

Hi Blair,
Unfortunately no. Every page needs to go to draft first, before it can start the review process again. However, the review log shows exactly, who did what in the process, so if you would bring these pages back to draft and through the other steps as well, it would show up on the log and you can prove, that it was reviewed before and that no change has been done since.
What you can do for the future: Customize your workflow in a way, so that specific reviewers can only do a specific workflow step. This means, that they can only accept a page once and then they are simply not able to do more due to the role settings.
