Notification about incompletely downloaded documents
Dear Support Team,
in case of weak internet connection documents are not correctly downloaded and this not visible to the user. The system shows all documents successfully downloaded, but in fact some or all pages are missing and only document title and TOC is available. The is safety relevant for us since the pilots do an update before flight and using the documents in offline mode during the flight.
Therefore, it would be great to notify the user in case a document is not completely downloaded.
P.S.
In most cases the problem is solved once the user delete the document and trigger a manual download of the document.

I talked to the developer in charge of the app, and he mentioned that in version 1.1.4 it should be impossible for a document not to download completely. For missing pages, it was a rendering problem which will be fixed in version 1.2.0. A document can fail though, because of a bad connection, but it can never have some pages missing, either it fails, or it's fully downloaded.
And I am happy to tell you that as of yesterday, 1.1.4 is out! We hope this will improve your experience with our reader app.
