Hello,
At present, our system provides limited data regarding user interactions with documents, primarily focusing on the number of reminders received and the timestamp of document access. While these metrics offer some level of visibility, they fall short in providing a comprehensive overview of user engagement and performance.
I propose the inclusion of additional data points that offer a more nuanced understanding of user behavior.
- Username
- Reminder Count
- Earliest Document Access - records the timestamp of the user's initial access to the document
- Latest Document Access - records the timestamp of the user's latest access to the document
- Document Checked Out
- Time Used to Check Out - Duration of user engagement with the document
By including these additional data points, document owners can have a more comprehensive view of user activity and performance within the system. It helps to identify the potential issue such as the reader has accessed the document but forgetting to accept the document. These data points are useful during audits as well.

I think it's a good idea to give more information in the User performance that will help Admins and during audits. I have created an improvement ticket MANUALS-7708.
