How much do you rely on your documentation?

In the world of aviation safety, reliance on documentation is fundamental.
But here's the million-dollar question:
How much do you truly rely on the documentation you have, especially when it comes to critical decisions and safety protocols?
Do you trust the documentation completely, or is there a level of skepticism?
Share your perspective: do you trust it to 100%, 50%, 25%, or somewhere in between?

I don't know, if there even exists the possibility to rely 100% on the documentation. In the process of documentation you have a lot of people that are involved. From creating the documentation, putting the correct information until distributing and saving the documentation. During this process there are many possibilities for mistakes. Also you dont only need to rely on documentation but rather the people behind the documentation. If you dont get structured information, there is no chance you can document in a correct way.
To put it in a nutshell I would never rely 100% on documentation. Rather 50% or less :)
Thank you, Natalie, for sharing your point of view.
Would you say you have any procedures in place to ensure that the reliability of the content you have increases? So you have more like 60%-70% correct data rather than 50% or less?
