Common List of Bookmarks

Is it possible to have common list of bookmarks with filtering and sorting functionality. Therefore, the user can filter if he wants to see all bookmarks from all documents or only the once from specific manuals. This makes the navigation for items you access often much easier. Also I do not need to remember where ALL information is, I can just got to the Bookmarklist.
