Maintenance Documents (vendor manuals)
Hey WM Community,
I am curious to know how you organize your Part 145 Vendor Documents. In our old system we were able to identify all applicable part numbers in the description column. For example for CMM 23-29-65 we could identify Rockwell Collins; ICS-300 Iridium Tranceiver / Satellite Unit 701-10300-00 and 701-10600-00.
Additionally we could include a review date to identify the last time our Tech library performed their bi-annual review. I included some pictures, but they may be too small. I hope my description explains well what we would like to see in the description section for a manual.
I'd love to hear what y'all are doing.

I unfortunately cannot share any experience since we are not using Web Manuals for this particular task. My spontaneous idea to somehow track the bi-annual control would be time-limited publication with an early reminder, requiring the ones in charge to take some action.
