By now, you've probably heard that the FAA is rolling out a new Safety Management System (SMS) requirement for all Part 135 operators by 2027. This is a big change, and I want to make sure we’re all set to handle it smoothly as a community. 

How We Can Help Each Other:

• Share What You Know: Has anyone started working on this? If you’ve got tips, experiences, or even some war stories, share them in the comments or reach out to me!
• How do others do it: Part 121 operators have already been through this. If you’ve got any contacts or know how they did it, let’s learn from them. Their playbook could be a great starting point for us.
• Bring in the Pros: Do you know any experts who can help? Maybe someone who’s already navigated this for Part 121? If so, let’s invite them to a webinar and share their insights.
