Removing blank pages after chapter mini TOC

Up until now we have always left a blank even page after the mini TOC at the start of a chapter, so that the body of text starts on an odd page. This looks better in printed manuals. As most of our operations are in third world countries we still have to print out manuals for regulators and don't have EFB approval for all locations.

I am considering removing this blank page and starting the body of text on the odd page immediately after the chapter TOC. I am interested to know what other organisations do? Would you go with less blank pages or presentation?
