Commands bar position working with footer-header

Hi community

I'm just starting with Webmanuals. When I'm working with the design, it is really complicated to work with header or footer because the commands bar is too close to field having small space in the screen to see what is in each section. Do you know if there is any option to move the commands bar to other position in the screen?
