Workflow Customization

Dear Team,

Might it be possible to add more customization to the workflow.

For example, it would be very helpful to have the ability to assign certain changes to a different workflow — such as editorial updates that do not need to go through the full approval process. This would allow us to handle minor or non-regulatory changes more efficiently, without routing them through all mandatory approval steps.

Additionally, it would be beneficial if specific workflow phases could automatically trigger email notifications to relevant departments. This would help ensure timely awareness and action when a document reaches a particular stage.
