Control - Add manual name on the print

Displaying or printing user performance with Check-out dates in Control.

Suggestion: Print the manual name and today’s date on top of the list.

This is especially important when Exporting or Printing the list. You get a nice list but no hint of what it is about.

Useful during audits to evidence control.
