Manage Page Design for Multiple Pages Instead of One Page at a Time
There are occasions where I need to apply a new Page Design to multiple pages within a document. Currently, this can only be done one page at a time. The process is time-consuming and the repetitive nature of the task leaves it open to human error.
It would be great to have a list of all pages with checkboxes next to each page, select the pages that need a new Page Design, and then a dropdown menu to select a Page Design to be applied to the selected pages.

I absolutely agree with this.
It's not something that comes up often, and I'm aware that Web Manuals Support can make these changes on our behalf, but it would be great if Admins had the ability to apply a Page Design to multiple pages within a manual themselves.
The current process of updating pages one at a time can be quite time-consuming, particularly in larger manuals, and the repetitive nature of the task increases the risk of pages being missed or assigned the wrong design. Being able to select multiple pages and apply a Page Design in a single action would make the process much more efficient and reduce the potential for human error.
