Bulk Download

On a regular basis, our Technical Publications team is required to download large sets of documents, often numbering in the hundreds, to provide technical documentation to our support vendors.

Currently, the Web Manuals Administrative environment requires documents to be downloaded individually, making this process extremely time-consuming and inefficient. (almost impossible with some folders) 

We would like to request the addition of a bulk download option. Users should be able to:

• Select multiple documents within a collection using the existing checkboxes.
• Choose a bulk download action to download all documents in folder. 
• Have the selected files automatically packaged into a ZIP file for download.

This enhancement would significantly improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and save our team many hours of administrative work.
