View improvement tickets and progress
Hi team,
It would be useful if editors and administrators could view the status and progress of improvement tickets. At the moment, there is no visibility into whether a ticket is being reviewed, is in progress, or has been completed. For example, I recently came across an improvement ticket that was submitted three years ago and, as far as I can tell, it has not yet been addressed. Having a way to track ticket progress would improve transparency and prevent users from wondering whether their suggestions have been overlooked.

Hi Simon,
This exact point was, in fact, the main discussion in one of our team meetings recently! We are definitely working toward a better way to notify our users when their ideas and suggestions are being implemented. Currently, requests and ideas are coming from numerous different places, which sometimes makes it difficult to follow up through every single channel ☹️
Given that every release includes substantial user feedback, we want to ensure the original reporters are notified, regardless of the channel they used to contact us.
