Distribute overview sent automatically
Having an automatic distribute overview at specific date interval following a publication to managers would be really great.
Indeed, the managers are not editors and thus, they cannot log in WebManuals and check if their staff have checked out the documents.
For example, our Cabin crew Chief will receive the status of each document distributed to the cabin crew members with the check out date. Then, he will be able to remind the ones who haven't checked out yet.
The idea is to build a consolidated view showing for each cabin crew member, whether they have acknowledged the relevant documents/revisions or not. This status would be then automatically sent to a member of management for review and potential follow-up.

I support this with the addition that a dashboard for managers to see the percentage of their employees who read/didnt read the latest information would be great management info.
