More Review options for Authority Reviewers

The authority reviews the manuals and writes comments. If the review is enabled, the reviewer can access the comments. However, as soon as the document is published, the reviewer has no access to these comments anymore. The authority is required to have access to these comments, and it would improve their work, if they can always have the ability to see all the comments from any revision, just like I can, if I am in the editor mode.
Is it possible to enable a function to certain reviewers, to be able to see the review comments, regardless of the state, a document is in? Much like the module, an editor can access.
