Are you using the Form module? Why do you use it for? How do you use it? You haven't purchased the Form module but wonder how it can be used?

Hi,
we use the forms module for different things.
1. Confirmation of classroom training. The User can confirm that he either attended or held a specific training course. It makes it easy to keep track of who attended the training.
2. Surveys. Users can answer questions and rate topics on a scale from 1-10 or so.
3. Tracking things. Every time a specific job has been done, the user can add an entry. The admin or editor can keep track of it.
4. Sometimes we add a quizz in the end of a manual, which is build with the forms module. We use this as a confirmation that the user has attended and understood the training. With the Quizz checkout module this is not nicely possible.
5. I'm sure there is even more ways to use it, if the functions where better. ATM it is very limited.
