How to become a Web Manual Community Expert
What is a Community Expert?
Community Experts are super-users of our product that can help other members of our community with their experience. An Expert doesn't have to know everything but can be specialized in certain domains. For example, if you are working with compliance, you can become a Compliance Expert and help other members! They can be recognized by the badge next to their name.
What do Community Experts do?
They volunteer their time to answer questions in our community, share valuable tips and tricks, and help other users. They do this by participating in community conversations and making sure correct information is shared.
Who can be a Community Expert?
We are looking for individuals with experience in Web Manuals, good writing skills, friendly, ready to help and start a conversation. As we are using English as our official language, please try to ask and answer questions in English. But, we speak around 30 languages in our offices and will make sure to help you in all languages possible!
