Sending PDF Forms out of WM directly via Mail without the need of Saving them on the device
Web Manuals allows us to manage several document types. One of them beeing plain PDFs. Many operators have forms on Web Manuals, like vacation requests, CAT II forms, Reporting Forms etc as plain PDFs that need to be filled in and send to respective emailaddress. Unfortunately currently this can not be done directly through Web Manuals. The function to send PDF is just not present:
So every user first has to save the file on the PC and then needs to open the Emailprogramm to insert the file as an attachement. This is very annoying especially when filling out the PDFs on an EFB device. I think it would be a great improvement if an email send function would be implemented to allow every user to skip the saving part.

Yes, this would be awesome! Saves Time and space on the tablet.
Basic editing functions should be included as well.
Hi, Could I get an update on this? Seeing as the Web Manuals native forms don't give me quite the functionality I was hoping for, it would be great for users to be able to complete fillable PDFs in Web Manuals and then send them via email from within the app.
I had the same topic as a request some time ago. Really useful to be able to fill out PDFs (also on the EFB app).

I have received an update from our product manager, who we try to push for this improvement as we completely understand the need for it. It is tricky to commit development time to it, but we are working on it and looking at how we can control the information going out after being submitted.
