Notify reviewers by role
When enabling the document for review, it would be time-saving if the editor was able to select Roles. Currently the editor has to select the users individually.
The feature would be specially useful for the scenario where there are many reviewers for a document.

Hello Bruno Quadros Rodrigues,
There is a notification called "Document review" that will be sent to all roles/users that need to review certain manuals.
As an editor, when review is enabled, you can notify reviewers. Users are categorized per user type and you only need to tick the names that you wish to notify and click on send.
Currently, you can already control the roles that have access to review in the workflow. That is why you just select users for review - out of the already added role(s). When a reviewer logs in, they can see manuals under the category "Review" that need to be reviewed.
As there are multiple ways to notify reviewers, the product team informed me that for now the notification for reviewers won't be improved in that way.
Thank you for your contribution and we will keep this request in mind!
Hi Virginie, not sure I was clear enough so let me try to explore a bit more.
In our manuals we use document specifc workflow security and the reviewers are grouped by Roles. For example, the reviewers for our OM Part A are in a Role named "Z_Hearing OM-A" as you can see below:
My point here is that a document may have many reviewers (our OM-A has 20 reviewers). If I want to enable it for review and notify reviewers, then I need to tick the box for all the 20 reviewers individually.
I know that in other departments the number of reviewers can be much greater. Then, it would be very useful if the Role you see in red above had a check box for a one-click selection of all reviewers in it.
