Approval by All Reviewers

Hi everyone. I'm raising this topic for discussion to check whether anybody has a use case for it.

I'm using document-specific workflow security, which allows me to control at the document level the users/Roles that can review a document.

To begin with, under Workflow settings, I have defined that I want approval by all reviewers for the "Internal Hearing" step of the workflow, as shown below:

In the Document Type that has the workflow above, document-specific workflow security is enabled:

In a web document set with the document type above, under Document Settings > Editor/Review Access, the "Internal Hearing" step, as shown below, has "Admin" and "Test Role Bruno" as the allowed participants. The role "Test Role Bruno" contains two test users.

The point here is that approval by all reviewers as set in the workflow (first screenshot above) in reality means at least one user belonging to each Role/User Type:

In practice, if an Admin and one of the reviewers accept a page, the workflow will move to the next step for that page. Then, subsequent reviewers will not notice that they should review the page, which has a negative effect on the review process.

I believe there should be an option that really requires all reviewers within a Role/User Type to approve. This option would be significant for high-level documents such as a Security Manual or documents for which the review process requires special attention from all reviewers.

Also, for clarity and user-friendliness, the option "Requires approval by all Reviewers" could be renamed to something clearer.

Any thoughts out there?
