Delta symbol leading to hidden revision bars
The navigation delta symbol takes the reader also to pages where the revision bars are hidden. Ideally, it should skip hidden revision bars by default, or this could be an administrator's choice.
From an editor's perspective, it's very common to make editorial adjustments during a revision and to hide the revision bars as they don't highlight any technical change.
From a reader standpoint, I want to minimise the time spent reviewing a newly published revision. It is misleading and time-consuming if I click the delta symbol and arrive at a page with no revision bars when the said symbol is meant to help me make sense of the changes.
