Defult Value of Acceptance Option

Hi there,

It would be nice to have the ability to either on an admin side or backend with WebManuals to set the default value of "The Document is Checked out at" - Active acceptance or When opened.

We are always manually switching it to active acceptance for new documents that need it - An example would be Memos.
