Folder structure for document archive
It would be awesome to be able to create categories for the document archive.
It would suffice with the creation of level 1 categories only (no sub-categories). This would help organize the archive for different departments, make it easier to restore documents should the need arise, and facilitate things should we need to provide archiving evidence during an audit.

This is a very good idea!

This is not something that will be implemented at the moment as adding a new level of structure to the archive also adds more complexity to the system.
