Sub-design carrying parent's styles and section skins

When created, sub-designs don't carry the styles and section skins of their parents.

Sub-design creation doesn't happen often, but when it does, it requires adding styles and skins manually. I prefer the opposite, as removing is easier than adding.

    I totally agree and we have an improvement ticket already in the pipe MANUALS-6826, I can see that it's also being prioritised so should be implemented relatively soon :)
