Including more data in the User Performance Report

We run the User Performance report once a week to ensure users are reviewing required documents. To keep a record of this compliance report, we save it locally. Unfortunately, when you download the data from Web Manuals, it only procedures the names of users, number of unread documents, and number of reminders. It would be incredibly helpful if it also included user details (description and organization), the specific documents that are unread, and the publication date of each one. Right now we are entering this information manually into our report.

  • Fully support. Detailed reports are a must-have, especially for demanding audits such as IOSA.

  • To clarify.
Add the following to the exported list:
    User Organization
    User Description
Unread documents to each user with names and publication dates

  • Exactely, most important, the Unread documents assigned to each user with the name of the document and maybe the revision date (would be better for us that the publication date) :). Also I opened a ticket today regarding something "similar". It is the request  #35337 if you want to look into it. Maybe it would be helpful for other Users/Admins as well.

  • Hi Jody Bright, I do not use the feature "export" but it makes sense to add this into exported data!
