Highlights:

  • Category and Compliance lists will now remember where you left off
  • Several improvements to Compliance libraries
  • We have gotten even better at handling long files, documents, and form label names
  • We are now better at managing PDF file metadata

Improvement

  • The category tree will now remember the editor's scroll position when deleting or editing a category. - MANUALS-5815
  • We added a new super admin function allowing defined compliance libraries to get a note applied to all AMC sub levels. - MANUALS-6972
  • The Compliance list will now stay in the same location upon returning, even after saving and looking in a manual. - MANUALS-7346
  • When a Compliance library is updated with a new revision, all sites using the library will send an email to the library owner and cc users. - MANUALS-7393
  • Compliance checklist now has a lot more filters and the exported result will adhere to the filters set. - MANUALS-7394
  • Media Library - Images with long names no longer overlap the checkbox and text next to it. - MANUALS-8367
  • Headings on top of a page will now be used as page titles even if they are wrapped in a div. - MANUALS-8399
  • The login log will now display if a browser was used for login. - MANUALS-8420
  • Form check box labels will now wrap correctly if it is too long for one row. - MANUALS-8423

Bug

  • Long manual names are now visible in the “Latest and Review” tabs in the Reader Dashboard. - MANUALS-7914
  • PDF documents with annotations will now load even if the new revision has fewer pages than the previous. - MANUALS-8235
  • Two editors working at the same time will no longer be able to remove a revision from review and lock a revision in review. - MANUALS-8328
  • We made sure that missing button images in the editor toolbar have been properly returned. - MANUALS-8354
  • Changed the metadata structure for PDF files, allowing large PDF files to load their ToCs correctly. - MANUALS-8414
  • PDF files can now be uploaded even if they are missing parts of the metadata. - MANUALS-8416
  • Converting abbreviations should no longer cause unwanted revision bars. - MANUALS-8421
  • OEM PDF files can now be uploaded even if files or folders contain quotation marks. - MANUALS-8434
  • Media Library will now contain images even if some images were connected to unnamed manuals. - MANUALS-8435

Story

  • We now have a demo API intended for our partners, allowing the usage of APIs for a limited time. - MANUALS-7875
  • We added a long row of changes and adjustments to increase security after receiving our yearly pen test feedback.
