Improvement

  • We added a new API endpoint, allowing the deletion of a category. This will increase the control API users have over the document structure. Note that deletion will only happen if the category can be deleted in a normal setting. - MANUALS-7614
  • In Print preview, the arrows allowing for expansion of the page structure are now aligned correctly. - MANUALS-7635
  • The spell checker and Dual locale functions support Turkish. - MANUALS-8408
  • Data retrieved with an API will now better match the sorting that is presented in Web Manuals, allowing for a better overview. - MANUALS-8429
  • We have relaxed our username conventions, allowing users to have the word administrator as part of the username. - MANUALS-8543
  • We increased the width of the Manage libraries amendment box, allowing for an easier change review. - MANUALS-8585
  • The Document API will return the document and revision available to and from dates.- MANUALS-8597

Bug

  • Words highlighted in yellow when searching will no longer be saved with that highlight. - MANUALS-5076
  • Abbreviations can now be replaced in the Content Mirror module. - MANUALS-6440
  • Username and email are now allowed to contain an apostrophe and will be able to sync to Entra AD. - MANUALS-7906
  • Cross References to a specific page in a PDF document will not immediately be flagged as outdated. - MANUALS-8230
  • The number of contracted editors and readers should now be correct.- MANUALS-8589
  • When printing from the reader, the print dialog should now display the correct number of pages selected and not just one, after the browser back button was used. - MANUALS-8592

  • We now have a filter in Manage Libraries allowing data from all visible fields to be filtered. - MANUALS-8516
  • In Manage Libraries, the list of libraries will no longer reload and scroll to the top after closing a dialog box. - MANUALS-8517
  • The Edit/Delete button has been moved to the left side for higher usability in Manage Libraries. - MANUALS-8518
  • We rebuilt the Library revision dialog, allowing current and old revisions to be viewed better. - MANUALS-8521
  • When editing a revision and comparing a new revision to the active revision, it is now possible to mark requirements as editorial changes. - MANUALS-8522
  • We have moved a handful of buttons to the left side in the Edit Compliance view. - MANUALS-8523
  • When editing a compliance library, it is now possible to select multiple rows, and the move buttons can move all selected rows. -  MANUALS-8524
  • When updating a regulation, the regulation number will now show to assist the editor, and the changed row will be highlighted. - MANUALS-8525
  • We improved the width of the compliance number column to align better for all screen sizes.  - MANUALS-8526
  • We added a full-screen button for the Edit Revision view, and also made the box not close when the editor clicks outside of it. - MANUALS-8527
  • We now properly apply bold to content after Chrome browsers received a change that added bold from certain text cases. - MANUALS-8620
