How can I use Amelia: Document Search?

Amelia: Document Search is an add-on feature.

Amelia: Document Search is a solution that uses advanced AI technology to optimize information search processes, ensuring speed and accuracy. With AI-assisted Search, you can ask questions, and Amelia will provide answers based on the context available within the documentation you have access to, including both Web Documents and PDFs.

How to use Search:

  • Click on the search icon at the top right corner
  • Choose Amelia AI from the Search Options menu:

  • Enter your query for example "Quality Manager":

Our AI will provide, within 5 to 30 seconds, a short description of the role, along with references to three sources containing pertinent chapter numbers and relevant text.

  • You can ask follow-up questions and it will search within the research set:

The search history, which includes your AI conversations, is stored in the Search History section and it’s available offline also.
Here, you can easily retrieve past searches and AI interactions. It's important to note that only searches conducted with Amelia are stored here, excluding regular online or offline searches which are in their respective search history fields when selecting those.

Note: The AI conducts searches solely within your documentation; no external public data is accessed and the AI assisted Search is available online only.
