The Compliance View bar runs across the top of the Compliance Next Gen screen and is your primary navigation tool within the feature.
The bar contains four buttons: three facilitate navigation through the feature (Navigation, Regulation, and Checklist), and one allows you to export relevant data.
This button opens and closes the Navigation panel on the left. Click it once, and the panel slides into view, showing the structure of the regulation you're working in. Click it again, and the panel tucks away
Bottom navigation bar
The bar at the bottom of the Regulation view gives you quick navigation controls without scrolling by hand.
Breadcrumb bar
Shows your position in the regulation hierarchy. Click any level in the path to jump back up to it.
Moving between requirements
Previous / Next — move between header-level requirements.
Moving between changes
Previous change / Next change — jump between requirements that have a revision bar, so you can review updates without scrolling to find them
Moving between warnings
Previous warning / Next warning— jump between requirements that have a connection warning
Exporting data
Click Export in the top bar to open a menu with three options.
Export Log (Enhanced Compliance)
Downloads a record of connection-related actions (added, updated, deleted) for a chosen month.
- Type the month and year in the field (format:
JAN/2026), or click the calendar icon to pick a date. - ClickExport. An
.xlsxfile downloads to your device immediately.
Export Checklist
Downloads requirements and connections as a spreadsheet. What is included depends on where you are:
- In Regulation view: all requirements and connections are exported.
- In Checklist view, with nothing checked: everything is exported.
- In Checklist view with items checked: only the selected items are exported.
Print Checklist
Opens your browser's print window and builds a PDF from your current view.
- In Regulation view: all regulations are included as a checklist.
- In Checklist view: the PDF reflects selected rows, chosen columns, and active filters.
