Why can't I change the Document Type of my manual?

If you are trying to change the Document Type in the General Settings of your manual and you see this error message: 


It is because your User Type/Role isn't in the last step of the workflow of the new document type.

To fix it, Admins need to go to System --> Settings --> workflow --> Pick the workflow of the document type you are trying to apply --> Add the correct role or User Type to the last step of the workflow.
