If you are typing 2 or more capital letters and you do not see the pop-up box giving you the possibility to create or add an abbreviation, it is because it is not active in the settings.
Admins need to:
- Go to System,
- Settings,
- Under documents, click on Editor,
- Tick "Enable abbreviation autocomplete",
- Save.
