Why can't I add an abbreviation in a manual?

If you are typing 2 or more capital letters and you do not see the pop-up box giving you the possibility to create or add an abbreviation, it is because it is not active in the settings.

Admins need to:

  1. Go to System,
  2. Settings,
  3. Under documents, click on Editor,
  4. Tick "Enable abbreviation autocomplete",
  5. Save.
