How to use a predefined prompt: Conversations

Amelia: Co-Author is an add-on feature.

Amelia Co-Author supports two ways of interaction. You can either type a custom prompt describing what you need or choose from a set of predefined questions covering frequently used actions such as Content, Format, Compliance, Templates, and Conversations.

Conversations allows frequently used prompts to be saved and reused, reducing the need to retype common instructions manually.

After a command has been given and Amelia Co-Author has generated a response, the prompt can be saved by clicking the History button at the top of the window:

This enables quick access to previous prompts that can be re-run as needed, click on "Save the Amelia Conversation":

Give it a name:

The saved prompt will then appear under the Conversations quick action and can be used as needed in future editing tasks. Each editor has access only to their own saved conversations:

Note: Conversations created by other users will not be visible or accessible, ensuring a personalized and private prompt repository.
