Monitor Overview shows a list of all the documents containing outdated links.
Below is a description of the items contained in this view:
| Document | Documents containing outdated links. |
| Short Code | Short code of the document. |
| Number of Outdated Links | The number of outdated links in the document. |
| Number of Links | Total number of links in the document |
By clicking on a document, you can open the list of Cross References (i.e., links) in the document. You can then update the links from the list itself or the document page.
By clicking on the elements of the table header, you can sort the contents of the columns.
Export: You can export the Monitor Overview in Excel format by clicking on the Export button.
