Before you publish your document, there are a few things to check. Please take a look at these manuals to guide you.
So now you are ready to publish! Follow these steps.
- Click on the Publish icon in the life cycle of the document.
- Mark the document as available, not available or Time limited.
- Set the reminders for the document.
- Choose if you would like to Send an immediate reminder.
- If you have the Transmittal Letter and Signed Approval they can be uploaded here ( or added at a later date in the revision archive.)
- If you have Warnings, you can either fix them or choose to publish with the warnings.
- Click on Publish
A PDF version of the dicument will immediately start to generate, one with water marks and one without.
