What is the difference between an Admin and an Editor?

Admin: Is a user with full control of the system. 
An admin is responsible and capable of changing the settings, editing all site content, and managing users. It is the only one allowed to assign roles and give permissions to users. 

Below you can see all of the Admin rights.

Editor: Is a user with limited control of the system.
The editor is allowed to edit the manuals that an admin specifically has given them access to. The admin can allow more capabilities than only editing manuals. 

Below you can see all of the Editor rights which are the same as for the Admin except for Settings. The Admin can allow one or multiple of these capabilities:
