Reviews can now send notifications when they are done reviewing the document. The notification is sent to the Document Owner.
Step 1:
First, the Admin needs to activate the email notification:
- Go to System → Settings.
- Under the General section, click on Email Templates.
- Click on Review Done.
- Set Active to Yes.
- Click Save."
Step 2:
In your manual, make sure that the manual has a document owner:
Settings → General Settings → Select a Document Owner from the drop-down menu.
Step 3:
Then, under review, click on "Enable and notify Reviewers" → Enable review → Tick in the box next to "Inform Document Owner that Reviewer is done"
Step 4:
The reviewer can now click on the "I'm Done!" button as soon as they are done reviewing. The "I'm Done!" button can be found under Review.
