How to Review Multiple Pages

Sometimes, as an editor or admin, we need to skip steps if there are no internal or external reviewers.

In the lifecycle bar, which contains the buttons “Monitor,” “Author,” “Review,” “Control,” and “Publish,” you can go to the “Review” stage and then select "Review multiple pages".

You can choose the pages you want to accept and move forward or select the ones you want to move back to a previous stage or mark as “Draft.”

If you select the box corresponding to the entire workflow, it will select all the pages in that stage. If some pages are not in that stage of the workflow, they will stay the same. To select specific pages, you’ll need to manually click on their boxes. Make sure to display all the chapters that have a narrow arrow on the left, as that indicates there are more pages nested in that section.

Once you accept to move forward, for example, if you want to stay in a certain stage, click “Close.” Otherwise, if you click “Accept” again, it will move forward.

There is a specific button for “Drafting” pages, which is on the left side of the window. This will be activated once you have pages in the next stage after the draft stage. If it’s not activated, it’s because the pages you selected are in another stage, and you’ll have to reject them to return to the stage after the draft stage, if that makes sense.
